Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Rishtangan and go to My Profile.
  2. Tap Privacy & account.
  3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Enter the phone number you signed up with. We’ll confirm the request and delete your account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your login, profile, photos, partner preferences, interests, shortlist, chats and notification settings are permanently deleted. ID verification images are already deleted once they have been checked. Reports you made or that were made about you are kept for up to 1 year to keep members safe, without a link to your account. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires. See the Privacy Policy for details.
